Block house walk

Sunday afternoon. Mum is tired after another sleepless night with junior. During the week on our way to school, Alick looked up while driving up woolsack drive and said "What is that?". "Rhodes Memorial" I reply. I realise that Alick probably has never been there. We might have been there some time ago with Daniel.

So we decide to go and look at the lion statues at Rhodes Mem. Maybe have tea and scones. Sounds good.


Park the car at the top of the parking lot and decide to first do a little walk. After many steps, we look up and there is the block house. That's enough of a challenge for the boys. Off we go...
